By accessing or using BoardMerit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Educational Service: BoardMerit provides curriculum-aligned diagnostic tests, step-by-step solutions, and revision summaries for personal educational study. Content is intended to supplement, not replace, regular school instruction and textbooks.
Fair Use & Daily Quotas: Free tier accounts receive 2 free test generations per calendar day. Attempting to bypass quotas, scrape question repositories, reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or disrupt system availability through automated requests is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property: All original platform code, layout designs, scoring rubrics, and diagnostic engines are the intellectual property of BoardMerit. NCERT curriculum references are used under statutory educational fair use.
No Guarantee of Board Results: While our tests are rigorously calibrated against past board patterns and marking rubrics, BoardMerit cannot and does not guarantee specific marks, percentages, ranks, or examination results.
